Training Details
- What: In-person, interactive three-hour course introducing project and project management fundamentals.
- Who: Open to all A&F employees interested in learning the basics of project management
- When: July 31, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Where: Location details to be shared when people register
- Led by: Experienced Project Managers from the IT PMO
Objectives
- Understand foundational PM concepts
- Identify project stakeholders
- Describe the phases of the project life cycle
- Understand the importance of scope definition
- Develop a basic project charter
- Create a simple project plan
- Understand the importance of managing project changes
- Know key steps to close a project
- Become familiar with the PMO available resources to manage a project.
