Faculty can use this tool to quickly generate and download rosters for their courses. Also found in the Handy Tools section of Online Services.

Use this form to request a computer lab reservation.

LDAP/Seawolf ID Lookup
Employees can use this form to look up student and employee LDAP/Seawolf usernames.

Level 1 Data Inventory Survey
Use this form to report Level 1 Data information.

Phone & Data Move Form
Use this form to request a change in IT services that relates to an office move of 5 or more people (phone extension moves, etc). It must be filled out and emailed to helpdesk.moves@sonoma.edu.
