Ivonne is a Sr. Project Coordinator in the IT Project Management Office - PMO at SSU. In this role, Ivonne supports teams across campus in developing and managing work plans and tracking mechanisms to monitor and control the schedule, scope, and budget of IT projects. Ivonne also works on the development and implementation of the standard IT PMO process, tools, and the supporting training program to increase the maturity of the project management practice in IT.

Ivonne is a multi-skilled professional with over 20 years of international work experience and prior to SSU, Ivonne has worked for different organizations in the U.S., Canada, Ghana, France, and Mexico. Ivonne's specialties include program management, organizational change management, training, process improvement, diversity, and coaching.

Ivonne is a CAPM certified, has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and graduated from the SSU's Master's program in Organizational Development (OD). In her spare time, Ivonne enjoys nature walks, yoga, meditation, and reading.
