Wi-Fi on SSUWLAN

SSUWLAN is available on the main campus for SSU students, staff and faculty. Guests of the university may use the network labeled ssu-guest

Joining SSUWLAN requires a device with a web browser to load a portal page.

Connecting to SSUWLAN 

1. Select SSUWLAN from your device's wireless menu.
2. Launch your preferred web browser. The captive portal login page will load automatically.
3. Enter your Seawolf ID and password.
4. If prompted, accept SSU's certificate.

Troubleshooting

I can’t see a wireless network.

1. Verify that you have wireless enabled.
2. If your device has a physical switch that turns the wireless on or off, ensure that it is switched to the "on" position.

I select SSUWLAN, but nothing happens.

1. Run Network Troubleshooting for your device.
2. Clear your browser's cache and reload the web page.
3. Ensure DHCP is enabled.
