Jon administers enterprise issue tracking applications utilized by the Center for Teaching and Ed Tech (CTET), Common Management Systems (CMS), IT Helpdesk, and IT Operations. He maintains operating systems that host campus infrastructure applications, and applications used by students for lab and homework.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
