Common Login Issues & Solutions:

- Browser-Related Issues
- Try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) or use a private/incognito window.
- Clear your browser's cache and history. How to clear the Browser-Cache
- Microsoft Error: If you are experiencing Microsoft login issues, this may be caused by a conflict between a non-SSU Microsoft account and your SSU account. Your browser saves login tokens for all Microsoft accounts you’ve used, and sometimes it tries to log in with the wrong one. This can cause looping login screens or “you can’t get there from here” errors.
- Here are a few ways to fix it:
- Use an Incognito/Private Window
- Open a private/incognito tab and try logging in again.
- If it works, your regular browser profile is likely holding conflicting login data.
- Create a Separate Browser Profile for SSU
- In Chrome or Edge, click your profile icon → “Add profile” → Name it SSU Work.
- Log in using only your SSU credentials.
- Use this profile exclusively for SSU services to prevent conflicts
