FreshService is the new ticketing system being deployed by IT. It will allow for greater transparency in our workflow and the ability for self-service requests to be submitted directly to IT.

How do I use FreshService?

Requesters: Navigate to the FreshService Solutions website and click on the "End User Guide" button for instructions on how to navigate the Requester Portal.

Agents: Navigate to the FreshService Solutions website and click on the "Agent Guide" button for instructions on how to use the Agent Portal.

Why don't I see the button to "Report an issue" or "Request a Service"?

You must be logged in to get full functionality. There is a "Login" link in the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will redirect you to SSU's Online Services portal and once authenticated you will have access to all available functions.
