Department Cloud Usage Checklist
Employees should use this form as part of the IT Procurement process, before purchasing cloud-based products or services. This form is usually completed after the Technology Purchase Review Form.

Digital Class Roster
Faculty can use this tool to quickly generate and download rosters for their courses. Also found in the Handy Tools section of Online Services.

IT Project Proposal Form (Seawolf ID required)
Fill out this form to submit an information technology project request for Cal State East Bay, Sonoma State, or SFSU.
*To log in, select “Sign in with your company (campus) account” and authenticate using your campus email address.
Note: If your project requires the procurement of hardware, software, or a cloud-based application, please submit a requisition through CSUBuy, even if the product is free.
