The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for campus wide technology needs at Sonoma State. We provide a wide range of services that include technical troubleshooting, hardware installation, account provisioning, lecture capture, and media support.

  • Wireless and wired networking help
  • Email configuration and general help
  • File shares, Box, web access requests
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Install IT certified applications on state tagged computers
  • Attempt to remove minor viruses and spyware
  • Process all campus phone and network work requests
  • Process scantron tests
  • Video capture for lectures and events
  • Media equipment checkouts and classroom support
