Ivonne currently serves as the IT Project Management Office Lead, where she manages the project intake and the entire project portfolio life-cycle. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining the PMO processes and tools, leading the Project Management training program, and promoting cross-functional knowledge-sharing through the PMO Community of Practice (CoP). Ivonne offers support to both the PMO team members and campus project teams, assisting in development and management of project scope, work plans, and tracking mechanisms to control schedules, scopes, and budgets for IT projects.

With over 20 years of international experience, Ivonne has worked in various capacities across the U.S., Canada, Ghana, France, and Mexico. Her expertise includes program management, organizational development / change management, training, process improvement, diversity, and coaching.

Ivonne is currently enrolled in the "Technology Leadership Program" at UC Berkeley, focused on new technologies like Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci Change Practitioner, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and completed her Master's program in Organizational Development (OD) at SSU.
