How is the information organized in the tracking sheet?

The information is categorized in strategic priorities:

  • Student Success
  • Academic Excellence and Innovation
  • Leadership Cultivation
  • Transformative Impact

Each category starts with a summary row that shows the total budget estimated, the number of unique goals, unique tactics, and unique milestones, as well as the overall %complete and status. Within each category, there is a list of goals with their corresponding tactics and milestones.

All schools and departments are responsible for implementing tactics and measuring progress.

Note: There might be goals with multiple rows to identify different tactics or milestones.
